G120 horizontal hobbing machine is similar to high precision, good rigidity and high efficiency; it is suitable for machining precision pinion, pinion and socket. The precision can reach 6-7.
This machine is mainly used for high-precision machining of high-precision small-modulus spur gears, helical gears and worm gears. 1. Large processing range
1.1 Steel parts can be processed to 1.5 modulus, copper parts, aluminum parts, plastic parts can be processed to 2 modules. The tool uses high quality hob, which can directly cut hardened steel parts of HRC 62 degrees.
1.2 Through the combination of various exchange hanging wheels, the number of teeth that can be machined ranges from 3 to 325 teeth, and the angle of rotation of the hob is ±60°.
2. High precision
2.1 The main parts are purchased in Taiwan. The main shaft parts are made of babbitt alloy bearings, which are resistant to high temperature and good stability.
2.2 When using high-precision hob and adopting reasonable cutting specifications, it can process GB/T2363-1990 (m<1mm) 6-level precision spur gear;

3. High efficiency

3.2 Quick clamping mechanism, clamped by spring collet, the maximum clamping diameter is 18mm, which can realize quick loading and unloading during processing of thin shaft parts.
4. Good lubrication and cooling system
The machine is lubricated with automatic continuous lubrication. The hob spindle directly uses pressure lubricant, so that the hob spindle can get sufficient lubrication and good cold heat dissipation during high-speed cutting.
